RUMINATIONS, DISPATCHED / SEASONAL POETRY MAIL CLUB
SEASONAL SUBSCRIPTION
Poised at the intersection of poetry, design, and tactile storytelling, ‘Ruminations, Dispatched’ is a seasonal mail club offering artfully curated, interactive literary experiences grounded in the Western Australian landscape.
I started this seasonal mail club to make writing and poetry feel unrushed and real for you. To share my art in a tangible way, and to encourage you to pass a little joy forward. In a world full of screens and scrolls, there’s something so special about receiving something handwritten to herald the next season of creation.

WHEN WILL ‘RUMINATIONS, DISPATCHED’ SHIP TO ME?
The ‘Ruminations, Dispatched’ site is open all season for subscriptions. Orders are fulfilled and will ship out by the 18th of every season — every three months.
If you missed the season’s cutoff - no problem! You can still sign up, and you will receive the following season’s ‘Ruminations, Dispatched’!
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged on a quarterly basis from the day you sign up. Payment will recur every three months on the same day as your initial order. If you signed up for the prepaid annual payment option, it is charged upfront for the year and will recur on the same date the following year.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All letters are sent via Australia Post as untracked letters, which means there’s no tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia: 4–8 business days after posting
International: 2–4 weeks after posting (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates only, and can vary depending on Australia Post and seasonal delays.
ADDRESS, BILLING UPDATES & CANCELLATIONS
Subscriptions renew automatically each season.
You can cancel anytime through your customer account or by contacting me directly.
You can update your subscription and make adjustments to your information in your customer account.
Cancellations made before your next billing date will stop the following month’s charge.

WORM FOOD AND BONE SAND / MORE WRITINGS
"From dust, I come, and to dust, I'll return.
Worm food and bone sand,
I'll infiltrate the earth as it infiltrates me."
Worm Food and Bone Sand is a tender and unflinching debut poetry collection detailing the awkward beauty that lies within the loss of innocence and the evolution of self. Through a recollection of her teenage years, Ellis plunges readers into striking ruminations on identity and mortality, trauma and transformation, and the vulnerability of discovering love.
A time capsule of firsts flitting between witching hour, the sea, crumpled linen, bare skin, and the deep recesses of memory, Worm Food and Bone Sand takes no prisoners and dissects all that is painful in protest of impermanence.
All paperbacks are signed by the author + include 1 sticker
